Gluten-Free Simple Stone Fruit Cobbler Recipe


The easiest breakfast bake you'll ever make!



I'm not the kind to waste space in the kitchen, or in a recipe post! Enjoy it now, without the scroll:


                                                                           


Ingredients


1 dozen apricots & plums
1 cup gluten-free Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 stick butter


                                                                           



Instructions


Wash your fruit, remove the pits, and cut into small wedges. Place wedges slapdashedly into medium-sized (8x8 or similarly-sized) baking dish. Whisk together Bisquick, sugar, and milk. Pour the mixture into the baking dish, mostly covering your stone fruit (see photo). Melt your stick of butter, and pour the melted butter over your cobbler mix, covering it allover. Bake cobbler at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes. Let cool to serve.
