Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Maple Cardamom Pumpkin Pie


Everyone at your table will love this pumpkin pie's memorable mix of spices.

Ingredients


1 partially-baked gluten-free pie crust
1 can pumpkin purée
3 eggs
1/4 cup condensed coconut milk
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp local honey
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/4 tsp clove
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp sea salt


                                                                           



Instructions


Whisk ingredients to combine & pour into crust. Bake for ~1 hour at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
